7-Day Returns & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with a photo — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. Our team will confirm the return and guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent to your mobile wallet or bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
